What if you don’t have a product I want?

If we don’t provide the product you are looking for, feel free to give us a call or send a request so we can check the stock in our showroom. If your requested product is found in-store, we cannot deliver it to you unfortunately, but we are open all days of the week so you can come in any time. If your requested product is not supplied by us, we will let you know and look into future possibilities of supplying that product.

Can I return or exchange my items?

Unfortunately no, we do not provide returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases. All purchases are final, however, if the item you purchased was faulty, contact us (via the Contact Us page and within 30 days of purchase) and we can send a replacement.

Do you deliver? If so to where?

Yes we do! Delivery costs are calculated at checkout automatically. At the moment we only deliver to the Perth Metropolitan Area but for all other areas we can ship the products (it’ll just take a little longer).

How long will my products take to get to me?

Processing and delivery times will vary depending on the area the products are sent to. For delivery orders in the Perth Metropolitan Area , 1-3 business days. Other regional Western Australian Suburbs will take roughly 5-14 business days. For all other areas, a minimum of 14 business days will be required.
